Terry has also completed a number of other advanced soft tissue courses. Many have these courses have been completed due to personal interest. Courses have included:- Active & passive soft tissue release (STR), Positional Release Technique (PRT), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Neuromuscular Technique (NMT) and Myofascial Release (MFR). He also worked as a senior course coach teaching and supervising students in Brisbane, Australia. Teaching ranged from the Australian Cert IV level in Massage Therapy through to the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. The teaching enabled Terry to share some of the knowledge he has gained over the years with a new generation of therapists.

Professional memberships and associations also have yearly continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. CPD requirements are in place to help ensure that therapists have current knowledge in terms of best practice and know about changes affecting their profession. Prior to moving to Australia for four years Terry was a member of three professional associations. Whilst in Australia he was a member of two professional associations and maintained his (non-practicing) registration status with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) whilst overseas. He is currently registered as a practicing Chiropractor in the UK with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and also registered with the Complementary & Natural Health Council (CNHC) for Massage Therapy. In Australia he was a member of the Association of Remedial Masseurs (ARM) and the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT). Since, returning to the UK Terry has rejoined the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM).
